Carry-in service means that the end user ensures that the relevant faulty hardware is taken to the nearest Bydand Computers cc service centre.
Correction of the fault will be undertaken by a qualified Bydand Computers cc technician within a period of 48 working HOURS* as from such time the equipment was received by an Bydand Computers cc representative.
Carry In services shall be rendered on a Time and Material rate.
On-Site Full Maintenance Warranty (including Scheduled Maintenance)
Offering clients access to the best service possible, on-site maintenance service level agreements (SLA's) provide the client with guaranteed response times.

Owners regularly service their vehicle to ensure it is running at peak performance and to rectify problem areas. The same applies to computer systems. They need to be regularly serviced to ensure that they are functioning correctly and operating efficiently.
Conveniently Bydand Computers cc will come to your office and diagnose maintenance options. All hardware repairs will conducted at our own technical repair facility under strict conditions. Bydand Computers cc will uplift the equipment for repair and return said equipment at no charge to the client.
The client shall be liable to Bydand Computers cc for all costs incurred, inclusive of parts, repairs, labour, travelling and transportation, where the hardware is found to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. Service requested and carried out where no fault is found with the hardware will charged to the client of the hardware.
The warranty shall be for on-site Hardware and Software maintenance to the equipment at the indicated site (as signed in the contract) . Any other maintenance will be for the clients account. (Software support subject to limitations below.)
This service does not guarantee the availability of backup equipment, although this can be arranged on request at a price.
This category of maintenance provides for a correction of the reported fault within 8 Working HOURS of the fault being reported to a Bydand Computers cc service centre.
Clients on maintenance contract will receive preferential service.
Maintenance services shall be rendered on a Time and Material rate.
Bydand Computers cc technicians have experience of many commercial software products available to PC users, but however limits the on site software support to the loading of operating system software including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4, Windows 2000, Windows XP and other software as supplied by Bydand Computers cc.
Support on other software packages is available but strictly on a time and material basis.
The training of our staff is ongoing and includes all the latest trends in Hardware and Software releases, which enables us to care for your IT needs more comprehensively.
